The fresh pugliese bread was supplied by Le Sebastian Bakery in West End which is renowned for its carb-concoctions, and was divine.

This is not your ordinary steak sandwich. This is one of the best steak sandwiches you'll find in Brisbane.
The generous serve of wagyu was cooked perfectly, with a nice pink inside. The thoughtful thin slices of meat also made eating this burger nice and easy.
I loved the creamy horseradish yoghurt as well, adding a spicy tang to the burger, which was served up on a crispy black brioche bun.
