KTea's Emporium Herbal Tea Review

As we've reached the end of Summer festivities and are starting to dig out the jumpers a bit more, I thought it would be a good time to start checking out some warming detox options.

Just as I was thinking this, I stumbled upon these herbal teas at the Brisbane MarketPlace Markets.

KTea's Emporium has a vast array of teas on offer, including black teas, green teas, white teas, rooibos teas and of course herbal teas. After standing at their stall for ages trying to sort through their plethora of leaves on offer, I finally settled on their Field of Dreams and Organic Herbal Blend Detox.

Field of Dreams as the name suggests is a great nightcap just before you head off to bed. This gorgeous tea contains a blend of chamomile, lemonbalm, lavender, spearmint and passionflower, and is one of the best things you'll ever smell. Ever. The lavender in particular is just instantly relaxing and you almost want to nod off in the middle of your mug.

The Organic Herbal Blend Detox tea had so many flavours blending together brilliantly, it was out of this world. Packed full of nettle, spearmint, burdock root, liquorice, lemongrass, fennel and calendula petals, this tea had a slight sweet kick to the end of it, and the blend of spearmint and lemongrass in particular just lifted the whole drink. Each of these ingredients have a healthy detoxifying side to them, so the tea not only tastes great but also does your body some favours.

Many herbal teas smell amazing, but don't offer much in the way of taste, and after your first sip you can feel like you're just drinking a cup of hot water. Not so KTea's blends! Both of these teas had various different flavours rolling off your tongue and actually tasted as brilliantly as they smelled.

Other herbal offerings include a Complexion Blend, Immune Boost, Liquorice Twist (mental note made to make this my next tea to try out) and Winter Warmer.
I do love a good cuppa, and finding a tea that's super healthy as well just makes that warm mug all the more satisfying!

I’m so glad to see a review of this tea! A friend of mine recently spoiled me with a bag of KTea's ‘Field of Dreams’. I have been having a tough time sleeping lately and I suspect the name inspired her purchase. I like to think of myself as a tea drinker, often buying a range of herbal teas (their smells and colours are always so alluring to me) in hopes I will swap my regular coffee for the healthier herbal tea option. I’m often disappointed and find that, once made, they are quite bland and lack taste. KTea's ‘Field of Dreams’ is definitely an exception to this! Not only does this tea smell AMAZING but it also tastes beautiful. I have to say it really does help you sleep too! I have often found myself nodding off before the cup is finished. I highly recommend this tea!
